Astrology is the study of the relationship between the position of
stars, planets and human events as well as a method for reading the
future and understand our inner drives, actions and desires.
Astrology has been popular for thousands of years dating back from
centuries before Christ. There are two aspects to astrology: a
scientific and an interpretative one. The first one involves
charting an Astrological Birthchart to map the positions of the
stars at the moment of birth. The second aspect involves
interpreting such chart. The horoscope is divided in 12 signs of the
Zodiac. The earth orbits the Sun once every year. As it does so, it
passes through each Zodiac. As other planes also orbit the Sun, and
the Moon orbits the Earth, it is important to calculate the position
of each as they also pass the Zodiac constellations.
The accuracy of the prediction of someone's future differs according
to the ability of the person interpreting the graph, because whilst
the relationship between stars and planes is based on mathematical
calculations, interpretation is made by individuals and can
therefore vary. |
