Ingredients (serves 4)
1 pound asparagus
1 tablespoon olive oil - divided use
2 ½ tablespoons freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1 ½ tablespoons soft white bread crumbs
Preheat oven to 230°C
(450°F).
Toss asparagus spears in 1 to
2 teaspoon olive oil and arrange in baking pan .
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese
and bread crumbs. Drizzle with remaining olive oil.
Bake uncovered until asparagus is just tender, about 15 minutes |
